 EMS Student-Athlete Requirements

 

Required Academics Information:

Student athletes are eligible to participate in all sports the first fall term they enter 6^th grade, apart from tackle football. Students interested in tackle football are eligible the first year they enter 7^th grade.

All rising 7^th and 8^th grade student athletes of the 2024-25 school year must have passed at least 5 out of 7 courses from the previous spring semester for academic eligibility for any fall or winter sports.

All grade level student athletes of the 2024-2025 school passed at least 5 out of 7 courses from the previous spring semester for academic eligibility for any spring sport.

Required Athletic Documentation

Student athletes must be registered on our RCPCs RankOne platform. This is where all required athletic documentation will be uploaded and signed before being able to participate.

 

Documentation required to be uploaded include a:

Completed Sports Physical performed by a medical professional

Sports Physical Form

Insurance Card Copy

All other required documentation and consent forms that need to be signed and/or completed are all available and listed in the RankOne platform.

All RCPS athletic programs are transitioning to the RankOne Platform for athletic documentation required to participate.
