Thank you for your interest in trying out for the EMS Passionettes Dance Team. In this packet, you will find the following: tryout information with a list of important dates, an information sheet, the 2021-2022 Rules, and the Statement of Permission and Agreement. You will also need to have a completed account on Privit. All forms need to be signed and completed in order to participate in dance.
