Greetings Patriot family,
I am Ms. Qwensweler Taylor, celebrating my 16th year in the field of education. Since the beginning, my passion has been to inspire and educate young minds. I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal for 6th grade and as the instructional leader for mathematics,  a subject that I firmly believe is crucial for academic growth.
With experience spanning from supporting middle school math education to teaching high school-level mathematics, I have always prioritized nurturing students into lifelong learners.
Entering my 4th year at Edwards Middle School fills me with excitement as I look forward to collaborating with students, parents, and the Rockdale community. Additionally, I oversee discipline and RTI for 6th grade, serve as the PBIS Coordinator, manage the Master Schedule,  School Improvement efforts, Patriot Camp, 5th-grade orientation, and host 6th-grade parent nights.
